Instructions for completing and submitting your Ministry Certificate Program Registration Form.
1. Fill in your name, address, and telephone number(s).
2. Fill in an email adress, if you have one. (optional)
3. On Line 1, please indicate if you are currently a member of the Tower of Faith Church. (please note that there is a one-time, non-refundable $25.00 registration fee for all non-TOF members.)
4. On Line 2, indicate what area of ministry you are currently involved in at your present church.
5. On Line 3, indicate if you are interested in completing the Program and receiving a Certificate. If so, please indicate how you would like your name to appear on your Certificate. If not, please indicate the class(es) you are interested in taking.
6. Fill in the dollar amount, if any, you will be paying when you complete your registration in person. (Submission of this on-line form will reserve your place in the Program or class of your choice.)
7. Fill in the date and submit your form.
8. You will receive a response from someone in the Christian Edication Department regarding your registration within 24 hours.
